This custom project in Bathurst was built for a local builder and earthmoving contractor who needed a heavy-duty workspace that could handle large equipment, admin tasks, and day-to-day operations in one central hub.
The main structure is a 20m x 12m x 5m fabricated shed, offering wide-span access and ample vertical clearance — perfect for housing machinery and ongoing projects. A massive 10m-wide awning extends the covered footprint for outdoor work in all weather, while the attached 10m x 6m office provides space for planning, meetings, and downtime.
