WRAP AROUND BRACKET SYSTEM

With 40+ years’ experience in the shed building industry, in every role from delivering to building, from design to sales. We’ve had the insight to innovate for the maximum gains in shed components. The Super Wrap, wrap around bracket system has been developed with our engineers to give outstanding strength while demanding perfect accuracy from every part of the supply chain. Our builders need to be highly skilled, our designer’slazar accurate and our engineer’s mega smart. But it’s all worthwhile for a shed that’s stronger, tougher and more rigidthan most. Our premium sheds feature the Super Wrap, wrap around bracket system.

WRAP AROUND KNEE JOINTS

Our premium sheds and buildings use wrap around knee joints. Our custom engineered wrap around knee joints increase total rigidity, combined with our special apex and footing brackets and you have a shed that’s stronger, stiffer, and more solid.

FOOTING BRACKETS CAST INTO THE SLAB

The Shed World exponential strength system starts from the ground up. With footing brackets cast into the slab. Sure this takes us more planning, designing and more effort to implement on our part, but it results in a super tough shed you can rely on for a lifetime. Our dyna bolt system is also available for home handyman or for shed building on pre-existing slabs.

WRAP AROUND APEX JOINTS

To top off the super robust construction of Shed Worlds premium range of sheds, our exponential strength system incorporates our specially engineered Wrap Around Apex Joints which a vastly more rigid structure than conventional plate brackets.

FIXING SYSTEM

A shed is only as strong as its weakest link, that’s why we don’t cut corners with our fixing system. We utilise the best Aussie brand screw’s and bolts to ensure your frame is as ridged as possible and your walls are confidently fixed in place for generations.

C SECTION PURLINS

Shed World sheds use top quality C section purlins. The 2.5mm purlins maximise the rigidity of our advanced bracketing, exponential strength system. Our Australian manufactured Purlins are engineered specifically for heavy duty shed applications, so you can rely on them for a lifetime.

COLORBOND STEEL

COLORBOND® steel has a reputation for durability and the perfect range of colours to match your other assets. And with new coating technologies for improved corrosion resistance and paint colour durability now is an even better time to utilise COLORBOND® steel. Underpinning new COLORBOND® steel is BlueScope’s new Activate™ technology, making new COLORBOND® steel more resistant to corrosion when drilled, cut or scratched, thereby prolonging its lifespan.Colorbond steel is available on all Shed World premium sheds.

ROLLER DOORS

Our premium sheds utilise some of the strongest, quietest and most reliable roller doors available. The Steel–Line Clean–Line roller doors are available in a range of Colorbond colours. You can trick out your Shed even further with an automatic garage door opener. The standard ‘Auto Reverse System’ causes the garage door to immediately stop and reverse when it comes in contact with an object. The optional ‘Photo Eye’ feature automatically reverses the closing door if its electronic beam senses an obstruction.

INSULATION

For the complete shed solution insulation is a must. With AIRCELL insulation you can create an environment that’s better to work in and more comfortable to play in. AIR –CELL products are designed to combat heat gain and heat loss in all three forms, radiation, convection and conduction. AIR-CELL Glareshield® is non-allergenic, non-irritant and has none of the health and safety warnings associated with using many conventional bulk insulations. So AIR-CELL is perfect for tough versatile steel building solutions.

GLASS SLIDING DOORS AND WINDOWS

Sliding glass doors help you create a mega usable space. Whether you want to make your workshop more functional by optimising your workflow and increasing natural light. Or using your space for recreation sliding glass doors make a great shed even better. Our Glass sliding doors are manufactured in a factory 2 blocks from the Shed World head office. COLOUR SELECTION

COLORBOND® steel has undergone a major update featuring an expanded range of contemporary colours and new coating technologies for improved corrosion resistance and paint colour durability. The colour palette for new COLORBOND® steel has undergone its biggest change in more than 20 years. COLORBOND® steel is developed for, and therefore more resilient to, the intense sunlight and temperatures typical ofAustralian environments. BlueScope scientists have tested COLORBOND® steel in some of Australia’s harshest climates.
